How does message-based billing work?

Each plan includes a monthly message bucket. An AI Draft costs 1 credit. An AI Auto-Send costs 2 credits. Replies you write yourself are always free. If you exceed your bucket, overage is billed at your plan's per-message rate ($0.35–$0.50). You can roll over unused messages for 30 days on annual plans.

What's the difference between AI Draft and AI Auto-Send?

AI Draft (1 credit) writes the reply and waits for you to review/send. AI Auto-Send (2 credits) writes and sends it on its own, within rules you set — e.g. only for tracking lookups, only when buyer history shows no risk flags. You can toggle modes per ticket type.

Is the AI really included? What's the catch?

No catch. Every AI feature is included on every plan, no per-resolution charges. We meter usage by the message bucket your plan ships with. Most sellers use a fraction of theirs. If you scale past your bucket, you pay overage at a fair per-message rate — never a 99¢ resolution markup.

Will this risk my Amazon account?

Lunadesk is an approved Amazon SPN application. We never send unsolicited messages. We use Buyer-Seller Messaging endpoints exactly as Amazon prescribes, respect 24-hour SLA, and surface anything that looks like a policy edge case for human review. Auto-Send rules ship with conservative defaults.
